Inky and Dinky are a pair of young, playful kittens described as the nephews of Felix the Cat. While they like having fun with their uncle, Felix tends to get agitated when they start crying whenever something goes wrong.

- Joe Oriolo later renamed Dinky to Winky due to Oriolo's preference and the negative connotation of "dinky" at the time.
- Only the original iterations of Inky & Dinky as they appeared in the black and white films are public domain.
