Irma is a minor character in Jim Davis’ "Jon" comic strip. She is the waitress and possible owner of a local eatery frequented by Jon Arbuckle. Irma is depicted as somewhat clueless and quirky, often providing poor service and strange food combinations. Despite her eccentricities, she is a friendly and well-meaning character.
