Jane was the girlfriend of Koko the Clown and appears in the Out of the Inkwell cartoon titled Ko-Ko's Courtship. She is created by Koko from a mechanical clock. It is hinted that her name might be Jane. Only when Koko refers "Jane" he might mean the term female. When initially created, she takes a liking to Koko, that is until Fitz the dog intervenes.
