Louie is an anthropomorphic dog who is close friends with Georgette and Dickie. While friendly, he is easily distracted by whatever ideas seem fun to him and is quick to dismiss even his friends as spoilsports if they feel reluctant to partake in his activities. Nevertheless, Louie is a big fan of Safety Frog and abides by her advice.
