Golden Age Origin
Lucky Dale was a detective for the Clear Water Police Department. She had the "luck" of running into trouble pretty frequently, even off duty.
Dale was a smart, tough, daring and resourceful crime fighter. She was something of an escape artist and was an exceptional fighter, demonstrating great strength and skill, and sometimes taking on more than one man at a time.
