Origin
Lucky Dale was a detective for the Clear View Police Department. She had the "luck" of running into trouble pretty frequently, even off duty.
Powers and Abilities
Dale was smart, tough, daring, and a resourceful crime fighter. She was something of an escape artist and an exceptional fighter, demonstrating great strength and skill; sometimes taking on more than one man at a time.
