Madame Claw was a cruel, but cunning Japanese assassin aided by her slave, Mia Kah whom she personally labotomized. She battled Black Angel in Tokyo, but apparently killed herself to avoid capture.
Madame Claw's left hand had been replaced by a metal hook which could be used as a weapon. She kept an ivory "Dragon Comb" in her hair which had prongs tipped with poison which she used as a weapon with her other hand. She was also seen using a small wire whip and a knife.
