The Maniac Monkey was a regular brown zoo monkey that managed to somehow acquire a revolver and several boxes of bullets. One day he randomly shot seven people in the park, resulting in a crackdown by the police. The next night the Maniac Monkey managed to go on another shooting spree, one officer being shot. Psychiatrists and spiritualists were called in, each giving profoundly different explanations to the shooting. A third night went by with at least six people being shot. Suddenly the Maniac Monkey ran out of bullets to put his revolver into, the police were unable to find the culprit and were perplexed how their perpetrator evaded capture, unaware he was in a cage the entire time.
