Jumpin' Jupiter goes to Mars in search of a new market for the Earthbound Sloopgoop Soup Company headed by Rupe Whoop. He goes to Mars to meet with the Martian Food Commissioner. The Commissioner tells Jupiter that, while Martians love soup, it's outlawed on Mars. The sale of soup on Mars is therefore untenable.
