Early in their adventures on Christmas Eve, Peggy and Sarah Jane Deutchland encounter a young doll with curly hair and eyes so round and bright. It is because of her "gay attire" that Peggy gets the idea to make her and Sarah Jane some dresses out of an American flag they find nearby.
