Belle Wayne worked for the New York Morning Eagle as an ace reporter. She was also the fiancée of Nick Terry, the Owl.
She not only knew his true identity but, would also don a costume and regularly act as a sidekick.
Powers and Abilities[]
She had no super powers but, used the Owl's gadgets and was a good fighter.

- Many sites use the name "Owl Girl" when referring to this character however, the only time she had a codename in a public domain story was in Crackajack Funnies #36 when she was called "Miss Owl" on page 6.
