Origin[]
Molly Oodle was the titular character of a lost novel by L. Frank Baum. A note on the Reilly & Britton folder that served as the cover to the manuscript of Glinda of Oz states that Molly Oodle was a full-length novel of some 63,000 words that Baum completed on 7 September 1915, and apparently sent to his publisher. The final fate of the script is unknown, though it appears to have been lost by the publisher.
