Mr. Match is the main antagonist of the fire safety episode of The Adventures of Safety Frog.
The match is an evil puppet who loves to trick those to playing with fire, burning things up. When Louie brings the other animal puppets to show the matches in the kitchen, he is first countered by the faucet, who misleads the two, Dickie and Louie into falling for his harmless fun deception, in an attempt to encourage abuse of fire equipment, such as playing with matches, or deliberately causing fires. Because of it, Georgette heads into the shower turning into Safety Frog and confronts him to discourage them from following him to such harmful activity, threatening to wet him in the sink to scare him off. He becomes frightened and runs off saving them from playing with it. When all of the animal puppets have learned that fires are hazardous, the match later appears from behind the couch, and the three on the bright side teach the match a lesson, causing him to retreat afterwards.
