Origin
Neeta is a mechanic by trades who scavenges for junk. She is particularly energetic and joyful, but the work she's done with other scavengers also has taught her to be a bit selfish, as it's how they've learned to survive.
Gadgets
Super tech goggles with computer interface help her in her mechanic work and sifting through junk for hidden treasures.
