Noxor, Mighty Monarch of the Saturnian Satellites, is knocking out "moon hoppers" going between the moons of Saturn. Based on the moon, Titan, He uses "repello rays" to do this, and their home fleet can utilize "r-waves" to ward off attacks from any "superpowered" ships. It's up to "space king", Commodore Rex Clive, and Adjutant Speed Lansing of the Space Rangers to battle this threat. Stella Dawn of S.T.A.R. joins them in the fight.
