Origin
On the planet called Genero, there was a creature that is partly electric eel and partly octopus who liked to hurt women (like this one). However, a man (like this one) finally rescued the woman with the Octeel being killed.
Powers and Abilities
The Octeel could grasp people in its octupus-like tentacles, constricting them to death via electrocution.
