Officer Bull Pupp is a police dog who loves Krazy Kat, and always tries (sometimes successfully) to thwart Ignatz's desires to pelt Krazy with bricks. Officer Pupp and Ignatz often try to get the better of each other even when Krazy is not directly involved, as they both enjoy seeing the other played for a fool. He appears slightly less frequently than Krazy and Ignatz.
