Origin
Penny was a reporter from New York who was sent to Europe and locations around the world to cover World War II. She often found herself in the thick of the action, exposing spies such as "The Owl" and confronting other villains. She sometimes worked with a male correspondent named Tod Sterling.
Powers and Abilities
U.S. war correspondent in Europe. She did not carry any weapons. Penny knew Jiu-Jitsu and was very resourceful.
