Prop Powers was a crime fighting pilot for the US Coast Guard. He was billed as a “crack aviator, renowned the world over for his skill and daring in the skies.” Powers is assisted by his resourceful secretary and girlfriend, June Dawn, and good friend, Lank Loomis.
