The Ralas are a race of frogmen from a hidden second satellite of Earth. They have green mottled skin and stand between seven-eight feet in height. They walk on bowed, powerful legs and have arms that end in webbed paws. Their heads are bulbous in that they are wide, with eyelidless eyes that sit on the sides. Their mouths are white-lipped and white-lined. They also diet on green man blood.
The Ralas are an advanced culture, possessing anti-gravity boats that are also amphibious. They have weapons that are black metal tubes, similar to pistols that can cause objects to vanish. They constructed an enclosed city that could only be accessed via underwater passages within the sea that surrounded it.
