The Red Panther gets his uniform, which supposedly comes from skin of the mythical Red Panther, from a tribal chief. He acts as a representation of the mythical Red Panther’s "stay" in the mortal world as protector of people who cannot defend themselves. Armed with his bow and arrow, the Red Panther fights using his great agility and superior strength against those who would prey upon the innocents of Africa.

Notes[]
- Many sites claim he was formerly known as the White Panther however, their origins and powers are different.
- Many sites also claim that Congo Raider is a re-colored version of Red Panther however, although the basic plot element of both characters' debuts are very similar... There is nothing to indicate that one is a re-print of the other (the art is different, there are no identical panels, etc.).
