The Red Raider is the leader of a hillmen uprising against the army outpost at Wat-wah. He orchestrates a bold rebellion, but his efforts are ultimately thwarted when Lt. Battle and his Gurkha soldiers intervene, resulting in the Red Raider’s capture.
