Girlfriend and sidekick of Minimidget, Ritty was permanently reduced to 6" tall by a mad scientist's shrinking ray, though she retains some of her original mass/strength. The duo is freed when the scientist blows up his lab when cornered by the FBI. Minimidget and Ritty make the best of their bad situation and become superheroes.

They have no powers, but they make use of tiny sports cars and miniature airplanes.
