Rough House is a character created in 1931 by E.C Segar for the Thimble Theatre comic strip. He is a hamburger chef that owns the Rough House Cafe and is often mooched by Wimpy to try to get free food. Despite this, he tolerates him as long as he directs his cause to other customers.
