George Benson was a banker who fell in love with Sally Crane but, Sally spurred his advances for Mr. Tracy, a camp-owner. Benson, mad with jealousy, tried to bankrupt the camp.
Her husband accidentally killed her but, always blamed George for her death.
Her daughter, however, grew into her exact likeness with Benson, obsessed with her, becoming an insane kidnapper who dressed as a pale white fish-like monster. He kidnapped several teen-age girls at a camp including Sally but, was stopped by the Flame, Pug, and Linda Dale.
