Orville P. Snorkel is the Sargent of Camp Swampy and a main character in Beetle Bailey by Mort Walker, he is the arch-nemesis of Beetle who often gets annoyed by his lazy antics and sometimes comically beats him up for it. Despite this, he and Beetle Bailey has a love-hate relationship and sometimes have unlikely alliances.
