Shirlee Peech is the girlfriend, "O & O" of Jack Biceps, who goes by the name of Sinistro, Boy Fiend. Shirlee is the only one of his friends identified by name. She is very supportive of Sinistro, assisting him in his efforts. She does try to dissuade him from villainy, "I think you're marvie, Jack, but couldn't you be a good superhero? My mother says..." Sinistro tells her the field is too crowded with good superheroes.
