The Skull was an operative of a nation hostile to the United States. His men were successful in capturing a torpedo boat, but it was destroyed by Lt. Drake of Naval Intelligence.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Skull carried an electron ray gun that could melt through steel like butter. However, he was pretty cowardly without it.
