The Su-Dic is the Ruler of the Flatheads. The Flatheads live in a democracy where each get to vote to elect a new leader every year. However, since Su-Dic makes the laws, and he made a law that only he gets to count the votes, he makes sure that he is re-elected each year. He is also smarter than the other Flatheads since he has three cans of brains, having taken two away from other people.
