Origin
Suratai, an assassin of The Black Dragon Society who had never failed to get his man, was ordered by the Japanese millitary to find and kill The Sniper. He was bound by the "Oath of Blood" not to rest until his task was complete.
Powers and Abilities
Suratai was very clever, able to see through disguises and skilled in unarmed combat. He also carried a handgun.
