Suzie was a ditzy, persistently optimistic young woman trying to make her way in an unnamed American city. Upon graduating high school, she tried to find a job but, couldn't hold down for a very long and so hopped from one job to another in just about every field imaginable. While she generally meant well, her ditziness often got her in trouble.
Suzie's supporting cast included Ferdie, her friend and occasional love interest, Angela, her manipulative niece, and Gregory van Dripp, an arrogant, sleazy playboy.
