Tanee was one of the love interests of Jo-Jo the Congo King and only love interest of Bombo (see "Notes" section below).

Notes

• Many sites claim that Tonda was a re-colored, re-printed, and re-named version of Gwenna of the Bonangi, Geesha, Yolda, Safra, and Tanee however, Tonda debuted the year prior.
  • All looked identical, spent much of their time tied up, had different (though, very similar) origins, and were re-colored, re-printed, and re-named as both Mioa and Lura.
    • ...and continuing on with the nonsense regarding mates for this guy... Lura became Laura.
• Bombo's adventures were re-named re-prints of Jo-Jo the Congo King stories. She is still referred to as Tanee in issues 6 and 20, both of which have scans available on Comic Book Plus. Whether her name was also retained in issue 19 remains unclear.
