The Tiger Woman was a monster created by Dr. Dekkar by grafting human brains cells onto their brains every six hours via a liquid injection to prevent their reversion back to beast-hood. In order to improve the Tiger Woman and his other monsters,Dr. Dekkar planned to kill his enemies, Bob and Diane, to extract their brains in order to make his beast even more human. So he placed them into dehydration tubes to prepare them for the removal of their brain tissue.
However the Tiger Woman had fallen in love with Bob so she released hm so they could escape together. Bob refused to leave Diane behind so the jealous Tiger Woman turned on him causing Dr. Dekkar to send his beast-men including the Condor-Man to retrieve Bob. They fall into the ocean during a struggle so Dr. Dekkar believed Bob dead.
However Bob survived and rushed back to save Diane who is about to have her brain removed. The beast-men try to stop him but they begin to revert back to their full beast forms because Bob had switched the brain solution with water the night before. Dr. Dekkar is devoured by his beasts while Diane and Bob use a boat to escape and return home.
