Public Domain Appearances[]
- Dagar #14
Notes[]
- Many sites claim many more appearances of this character based on an identical-looking female appearing on the cover with Dagar however, these "cover-only" female characters were never named and almost every female character Dagar encountered (both good and bad) looked the same!
- Interestingly, the first story and the cover of the same issue features Ayesha, another of Dagar’s love interests, who then returns in the following issue. Due to the similar visual designs and close publication proximity, some confusion has arisen over the identities of these characters. However, Torsah does not reappear after her debut, making her a one-off character within the series. This kind of inconsistency was typical of the Golden Age, when continuity was often secondary to fast-paced adventure storytelling.
