Ned Oaks, a greeting card writer, became the Vagabond Prince, a costumed crime-fighter with an Elizabethan persona. Assisted by his sidekicks Chief Justice and the Jester (Harvey) they fought enemies such as Mr. Magna and Dr. Altu in Esten City.
