Valpine is a beautiful yet deadly villainess with hypnotic powers equal to Menta of the Triple Terror. Seeing him as her equal, she repeatedly tries to recruit him to her side, but he refuses. In the end, although her gang and lieutenant, the Glove, are captured, Valpine escapes through a secret panel—vowing to return and face the heroes another day.
