A vampire terrorizes a city, leaving drained victims. The Crusader traces a clue—a fang-inscribed signet ring—to Count Rostavic of Transylvania. The “vampire” is exposed as Rostavic himself, who used sedatives and drained victims’ blood to sell to Nazi Germany.
