Origin[]
A signal received from space reads, "Coming to Earth" and nothing else. Officials discuss whether to prepare to defend or welcome the aliens. When the metal ship arrives and lands, officials greet the ship with the message, "We come in peace".
The ship unfolds, transforming into a gigantic robot. It speaks in its language. Once the message is deciphered, it says it needs iron for food. It walks over to a decommissioned iron bridge and eats it, causing fear of an attack. Once it is finished, it says it has eaten enough and would like to repay the kindness. Producing a bright light, the robot creates a rust-proof world as recompense.
