Origin[]
Centuries ago in Japan, a tale unfolded where a resplendent noblewoman found herself ensnared in a dire confrontation with the malevolent White Fox Woman, a sorcerous entity radiating nefarious intentions. Desperate for protection, the noblewoman implored the aid of a young samurai.
In the tumultuous struggle that ensued, a symphony of clashing swords and swirling mystic energies as the forces of righteousness clashed with the darkness that threatened to engulf them, not only did the valiant samurai stand his ground, but he found unexpected allies in the form of brave and loyal tanuki and their sovereign, the wily cunning and steadfast tanuki king, who marshaled his subjects in his defense. Conversely, the White Fox Woman drew upon the aid of malevolent fox spirits wreathed in flames, who hurled fireballs with reckless abandon, seeking to snuff out the flickering flame of hope.
