Wienie is a semi-anthropomorphic dachshund who appears to have once been owned by Mickey Mouse and an acquaintance to him.
He is a long and bendy dachshund with a very pliable body. In the 1920's and 1930's, he was a friend and possibly pet of Mickey Mouse's, notably aiding him in the manufacturing of an airplane.
The Dachshund notably first appeared in the first-ever produced cartoon to star Mickey Mouse, Plane Crazy .
